Choi Kwang-Do is a unique Martial Art based on modern science to promote optimum health. There are many misconceptions of what participating in Martial Arts really involves.

Choi Kwang-Do is a practical Martial Art that emphasizes on each individuals own ability to maximise their own “Quality of Life”. Unlike traditional Martial Arts, time is not wasted on the usual fitness exercises that become mundane and boring. If you want to do them, then you can do them at home “Free of Charge”. 

Fitness is enhanced through the practice of Choi Kwang-Do with the added benefit of being able to defend yourself, which in today’s modern society, sadly we need to learn.

You don’t need to be fit to join Choi Kwang-Do, as you will gain this and many other benefits, as you progress through one of these unique programmes.
